Retirement Savings Plan
PiccoTek’s Retirement Savings Plan is a SIMPLE IRA through Vanguard Group with a Company Match. Designed to maximize the employees ability to manage directly online with Vanguard web. Unlike a 401k, the employee has the ability to choose their own mix of funds from over 200 Vanguard funds. In addition, there are NO middleman 401k fees. Less fees mean more savings for our employees!

Full time employees have the ability to accrue 6 weeks or more of paid time off annually. Time that accrues is yours to keep and always rolls over into the next year with NO cap on the rollover from year to year.
